Confused Dog

i How it’s used online The dog is mostly used when something does not make sense and you are trying to figure out what just happened. It can be a simple "what?" reaction, or the kind of small everyday moment where your brain briefly stops working, like when someone explains a new card game to you or you suddenly cannot figure out how something is supposed to work. Most versions use one short line above the GIF, usually starting with "when" or "me when", and let the dog's reaction do the rest. How it’s used by brands Brands can use the dog for the little moments where customers are confused and the brand has a simple answer. A software company could joke about trying to understand a competitor's pricing page, then point out that its own plans are much easier to compare. It also works for features that remove a confusing step, like "me when I realise this can be done in one click instead of five." Brands can use it around complicated industry terms, unclear fees or processes people never quite understand, then explain them in the caption. And for lighter engagement posts, it works for everyday moments like joining a meeting halfway through or trying to understand what happened in a group chat.
